Student Enrolment Form
1. The child should be aged between 5 years and 16 years of age prior to admission.Â
2. All students shall be expected to conform to all rules and regulations.Â
3. All students shall be expected to conform to Islamic guidelines in dress and appearance.Â
4. Any complaints or enquiries regarding educational matters or other issues must be made to the Madrasah in via the Enquiries form.
5. All absences must be explained by a written note from the parent/guardian. Students shall be expelled from the Madrasah after one weeks continuous absence without authorised leave.Â
6. Any misbehaviour towards Madrasah staff shall not be tolerated and will result in action leading to possible expulsion. Children found truanting risk expulsion. Children found smoking/vaping risk expulsion.
7. Parents/guardians must not approach teachers whilst classes are going on.Â
8. Students and/or their parents/guardians shall be responsible for any damage caused to the Madrasah/Masjid property.Â
9. All fees are paid towards reservation of a place in the class and not for attendance only.Â
10. All students must at all times respect the elders and obey those who are in charge of the class.Â
11. The Madrasah shall not be responsible for transport arrangements to/from the Madrasah, nor for any event outside Madrasah premises.Â
12. The Madrasah reserves the right to amend existing rules or introduce new rules at any time.Â
13. In the event of any dispute/disagreement the decision of the Madrasah management shall be binding and final.Â
14. Fees should be paid in the first 10 days of each month. Fees are not required for the month of August. However, there is the option of paying up front annually, termly or half termly, cash or bank transfers.
15. If any student is found guilty of breaking the rules and regulations then the necessary action will be taken which may include expulsion from the Madrasah.Â
16. It is parents’/guardians’ responsibility to notify the Madrasah of any changes to details.
